RE: Drop?Sheryl was a seperate defined obvious structure but wet. Probably a late structure, wheras Brenda is a complex stratigraphic trap. You are right as it is a guessing game as Art didnt tell us how much pay over water he has in this well..... I still think the complexity suggests why Art is using the complex approach. He didnt call it a dry hole yet! And remember Oil has several oil wells so far- they have been on a good streak. He may be drilling an "edgy" location as this gives good info to plug back into the seismic interpretation. They have a big area to explore in th enew block!! He has also booked a rig for next year- he must be confident of soemthing!
