Assuming a buyer rolls around, you will sell for whatever the price is sport because you won't have a choice. $4 would be low, granted, but the big numbers we all hoped for are not going to happen. If we are using Clarke's basis of valuation at $1 per 10 million barrels we could be anywhere between $6-10. If we use $10 CDN net to the company per recoverable barrel the numbers come in lower. I would be ecstatic with $6 but do not expect it at this point. Have to wait for the next well.
