That is what dictates the 3rd qtr start-up. Art had to sign -up the rig to make sure he could drill the horizontal production wells. Starting them in early 2006 will ensure they are done for mid-year.
Having the rig has opened up a whole bunch of opportunities, so if he drills another well at the end of 2005, so be it. It wont affect the production timing of Brenda at all, as that is dictated by the constraints listed above.
