RE: good40/Seven headsWether this is a good analogy to Oil's Brenda developmen I dont know, but it sounds like a highly faulted (structured) tight gas reservoir from the information presented here. If RBS was involved then maybe they were concerned as Oilexco is a junior and Brenda is their first development so they didnt want another "RAMCO" Brenda is a strat trap but does have compartments (i.e E+W brenda). Seismic maybe does not definitively show the N. edge of the trap (a risk factor), hence the 8Z well was probably drilled to confirm this and give confidence to the bank. The DTI has given approval to the field so we wait financing approval from RBS. Bigbadun'
