RZX goes public with Ray as CFO until Dec 2019 when his public company career with RZX became deceased. time to bury that dead career. Paid for annual patent maintenance fee to the patent office.
2015
Paid annual patent fee again. Maybe even got notice from patent office this was the last one because patent had one year left. Didn't need notice anyway when the bill didn't come in 2016 then it was obvious the patent died at a young age of 20 years.
2016
Didn't pay annual fee and there was no invoice from patent office. It was obvious to RZX that there was no patent left.
2017

Ray becomes CEO. Dale asks for agm but Ray goes to court and blocks democracy so shareholders don't get to vote.
2018
Fall 2018 Court of Appeal tells RZX that the agm is legal so Ray loses in court and it is a great victory for shareholders.
Dec 6 Both new troll aliases register and appear on SH claiming shareholders should vote for Ray at the agm.
Dec 18 By now Ray had received the daily counts of votes against Ray from the trust company for the agm and it was obvious that Ray's career as CFO and CEO was deceased but he didn't bury his dead career and forget about it.
Dec 21 2PM Ray shows up at the agm which was the funeral for his career at RZX.
3PM AGM business portion ends after Ray is officially toast but meeting is still officially open.
3:01PM Ray announces he looked on the internet the previous night and found that the patent expired in 2016. Immediately after Ray revealed that, the meeting is ended with no discussion. However trolls lie this week to claim there was discussion after Ray revealed patent died while Ray was CFO.

Contracts have to be put in place, employees hired and financing arranged. It is common practice for a company in these circumstance to remain halted until all those details have been finalized which can take 6 months to occur. If Diva63 can't handle that and needs management to hold his hand with daily updates that the trolls are telling him are needed, despite the stock halted then he should see doc for anti anxiety pills because it is obvious that the trolls are working on his head.
