Ore grades definitely affect the valuation, but there are already some low grade producers and historical low grade producers in Nevada. The historical producers never operated in a +$1,200/oz. gold environment either. So the lower grade and cut-offs used to establish the resource are a concern for sure, but there's definitely potential for RPM to upgrade the average grade. A higher gold price could very well make the cut-off grades reasonable.
