 midas-i complained to cde about that lawyer not the bills- maybe he was canon fodder to a losing position- also this big law firm could  have the right judicial or political allies -its a perverted fraternity the justice system-maybe they just want to push up your legal bills or cause a mistake, cde has no problem spending money-they will spend 40million on exploration alone this year-cde fought a enviornmental group all the way to supreme court and won,-they deal in mexico and bolivia i'm sure they are used to large legal bills-
