  yesterday went to nevada supreme court broadcast which i had watched live and found cde's lawyer so bumbling and uncomfortable and with the viuals from  cde lawyer  to the judges body and l reactions thay totally obscured for me what what was said-so the achived case is only verbal and was much easier to hear cde's points-i suggest  that rpm posters relisten to this and come up with your views -when viewed it seemed so one sided and clear cut and rpm lawyer was smooth with rarely a hesitation compared to the stuttering clumsy  cde attorney that erased any content that he laid down-this is a forum for discussion not a king midas fiefdom--------if anybody does not think this stock is being held up at moment look at price of sans gold .16, claude gold .29 i ,brigus .65, ,veris .63 ,mdw 1.00,-alexco 1.50 .rby was as low 1.29,,---i have previously complained to cde about lawyer,i have contacted and await report from legal dept, i am a cde shareholder since 2009 and depending on what information and where,when,how market brings price am looking at ryepatch and pershing as short term  spec plays- but have no position at moment-
