You've been telegraphing ops updates all of this time. Yeah they'd have to backload cement, barite, gel, empty the sack room, liquid mud, brine etc before moving the rig. Thus the boat activity you've been focussing in on.

So no flaring? Anyway we'll wait for official announcement. Thanks again. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
