RE:RE:Beautiful Weather Going great Phantom! Rode my bicycle into town this morning to pay my cable bill. Intercable. Wouldn't accept my US dollars. Lol. Had to use my Banplus debit card.

Supertramp playing in my head so I took "the long way home" along the beaches. Nice. Yeah I used to stay in the Torarica in Paramaribo. Worked offshore on an Inpex well. Suriname is beautiful. Loved Paramaribo. Beautiful old buildings. Mostly wood. Must be great wood to have lasted over the centuries. Here they use one that they call pui. Can't pound a spike into it because it is so hard. Gotta drill a hole first. Must really chew up sawblades.

This entire area is beaitiful! Out of hurricane zone, great for growing crops. Varied climate. Me I love the semi-arid to arid climates which is why I chose here. Don't like bugs at all like in rain forests. Prefer the rattle snakes, scorpions and centipedes. Lol
