Jarring

Yeah Dirk I've got a fair idea on the BHA components and functions..so lets back test some discussion sticking points see if we can jar anything else loose..
Scenario:No new info from company,so based on timelines and milestones it was fair assumption to assume some form of complication.

Development:Enav Pergrina beelines it out of Chaguramas Trinidad at almost top speed and Breaux Tide does as fast turn around in Port Georgetown and heads back out...looks like a scramble ..put in Jaguar pressure history and Maka-Central  track record at about same depth and there is valid cause for concern..

Two schools of thought arise ...loss of circulation due to low pressure or high pressure and the need for different muds lcm probably some jarring cementing etc in a prospective zone requiring specialized intervention ..so looking at where the well is being drilled to SE of that channel we could look to identify the weakpoint..page 11/19 of the Oct 22 presentation see the part where there is an intrusion through the channel sidewall by whatever is postulated as hydrocarbons ..that right there is a higher pressure zone that could have collapsed the sidewall of well...notice the overhang of the channel lip..that would have different composition of sediments ..so moving through that lip area to the higher /different pressure zone below using same mud weight may have caused an issue ..so fair assumption is that the rig is in the Santonian at Horizon 23 at a depth just about 6454 meters to 6545 meters ..just like Maka-Central having the same birthing pains ..this could be indicative of CGX FEC having very specific info on Maka-Central(hint $1.63)and also that Apache had real issues out there and did not conspire to tank the share price...so with specific info in hand from Maka-Central the mud weights in use may have been overkilled just a little and now some special hybrid mix has to be used to counter that subtle Eocene-Paleocene driven pressure difference between Kawa and Maka-Central ...just one variable requires to be adjusted for ..therefore we should have about 150 meters more to go and hopefully same thing as Maka-Central but with better API.The above scenario played out methinks because the choice to SE of channel instead of NW to get at 3 stacked targets instead of 2..trade-offs and risks thats life

Maersk Discoverer is on Location @Kawa NCSA with Enav alongside ..Breaux Tide is in Georgetown as at Noon

Dirk we overthinking lol..

Dirk we need help..lol..I need help getting 4.54 liters coconut water rt now gonna call the runner

Well Dfly, First of all I think that you're not some unbalanced keyboard warrior with nothing better to do. You sound more like a drilling or exploration manager or maybe even higher up so I'll tell you about our experience on Hibernia O-35, Mobil's first step out well after the initial discovery back in 1979.Baroid sent me out there barely 2 years out of mud school because they liked ...more
