he said "fully licensed". so in my world its an equivalent for "the whole facility"!!!
The problem is, with such statements he arrange it so that no one will ever belive his words again. think about, why the cabio deal containes no concret numbers. we just know about the 50/50 split and that RQB is obviously capexfree. Probably 6 month later georg give us the real numbers with a lot of ifs and cons. and the deal isnt as fine as it seems.

but lets stop that emotional loaded up discussion. iam angry about myself that i could fall for george glamorously words.
