There has been multiple class-action lawsuits against CEO's of penny stocks in Australia which have come about from burnt shareholders. 

You guys do have some power if you get together.

You've been misled and lied to and it's cost you thousands. Some of you hundreds of thousands. I notice crash hasn't been around for a few days. I do hope he's OK. 

CEOs have insurance for this sort of thing. Even if they can't pay the money their insurance company can.
