RE:RE:Thats so Raven . rqbshareholder, I know about the $12.5m debentures, can you add some color about the rest of the debt?

I always thought MMCap Asset management were some how behind whatever agenda is being played out, didigro, driving the shareprice down, etc etc. I now think they might be one of the victims along with small shareholders. Looks like defaulting on this loan is part of the plan. MMCap might get screwed. Is this loan secured or unsecured? If M'Cap have to go the assets, what is the real value? The premises are leased but fitted out with a sales license on one.
