I think that Ravenquest was 'spun out' of CENTR brands. The question is Does CNTR Brands hold a legal and fiduciary duty to oversee RQB and is it liable for what has occurred at RQB?
If the answer is yes, then should the stock of CENTR be halted so as to preserve assets as they could be then used to compensate the common shareholders who have lost significantly?
