So this implies that River Wild 'amalgamated' with RavenQuest.  This combined company then took over CBDL and renamed itseld CNTR Brands.

Does anyone know when this ' amalgamation' dissolved and RQB became a ? separate company? I cannot find any announcement stating that this occurred. Any advice / insight would be appreciated.
