lol that's a good one

complaining about the lack of posting of a recording of a 12 minute AGM meeting that was just clerical in nature

You are really missing the point though...they are not paying a dividend, attack that, you might get more traction.

No posting of recordings of some meetings and no dividend, total BS

i think that a company should strive to do better than just the bare minimum that's required by law. providing detailed information to investors, both present and future, isn't asking for too much. providing recordings of things like quarter conf calls and agms is a good start. the cost should be trivial. this is a company of contradiction, in my opinion. as james' video shows, this ...more

I don't know crash, she convinced me....just doesn't matter that RQB is doing everything right, if they are not doing the totally unreasonable things for this stage of company liike paying a dividend and posting recording of their quarterly call, 12 minute AGM clerical meeting, last Friday's team building meeting, 2 tuesday's ago marketing meeting,....well I'm just selling and ...more

just kidding. My neighbor and a few people in the office are getting self-directeded accounts open just so they can buy this stock I keep talking about. Great days ahead.

howdy, are these people buying today? is that what's causing today's volume? - ashleigh
Comment by HowdyBob on Jan 02, 2020 3:49pm
you went through my post history and pulled that up from months ago, interesting, what makes you think this statemet from months ago might apply to today?
Comment by ashleigh64 on Jan 02, 2020 4:08pm
i've been thinking about that comment of yours daily ever since you posted it. since the share price was still declining around then, i assumed all of these new investors you mentioned would wait to start buying so that they didn't lose right away. but now tax selling season is over and the price has been kinda stable for a little while. so i'm now thinking that maybe they're ...more

Your comments insinuate that either I or the new investors or both could have known that it was going to continue dropping; wish that was the case.
Comment by ashleigh64 on Jan 02, 2020 4:35pm
the share price continuing to drop is always a risk to be considered, especially when tax selling season was approaching, no? regardless, let us not dwell on the past. do you agree that there has been some price stability lately? - ashleigh

I thought when it hit 20 cents that tax loss selling was done and over done. current price is crazy cheap imo but yes it appears to have stabilized/bottomed...as it tests this10 cents area for the second time.

I have no idea but it isn't really on my radar. In a lose situation I think RQB can easily handle it as long as it's months away and the revenue is rolling in. With George openly talking about selling the machines and having a whole new revenue stream and multi-style (out right sales, royalty agreements, JV) he sure seems not worried. Still a hassle, cost, pain in the *&%^, and time ...more

I'm assuming you mean selling the machines/ip/tech to other companies, not selling the ACTUAL machines in Edmonton!?!?  This market cap is so low I hope new investors see the potential of a quick triple and jump on it!
Comment by HowdyBob on Jan 03, 2020 11:46am
Not selling their machines but making new ones for sale. George did say 20 to 40 million possible revenue in 2020 from this so the revenue would have to come together pretty quick somehow. Add that to 20 to 40 million in Cannabis product and it's a good year. They have over 300 Orbital Gardens in Edmonton with plans to retrofit Markham at some point so lets say 400 gardens made or ready to be ...more

it's too bad that hawkeye isn't here. i was under the impression that he knew a lot about fertilization, feetigation, beneficial microbes, and so forth. he could probably have explained it to us. calling it an "exciting" year is an understatement i think. this fertigation stuff is so complex and i really think that hawkeye could have helped us make sense of it all. - ashleigh

Ashleigh, I disagree. Hawkeye and "Benz" were interesting characters, but hardly valuable for analysis. Some things to note: 1 - Hawkeye insisted on Ad Hominen attacks. Anytime there was an intelligent question, he flipped his lid, including legal threats. I found Hawkeyes refusal to discuss some of the challenges highly suspicious. Many of us are DAY ONE investors, but that doesn& ...more

Well written post, refreshing, certainly better than my claims to call the office. Certain things Ashleigh asks about, specific details, just seems like that is the only way to get those answers. I think the conference call recording thing is a weird focus topic, sure it's easy to record and share but not many juniors do it, very few. Mainly because they are still talking about projections ...more

Hey juniorbullalive, if your investment philosophy is to go against the market, despite risks, why not just go to the casino & double your money on red or black - much quicker, far less painful. Now I don't know what the chance of renewing the debenture debt is, or what the cost will be. IMHO it's worth sitting on the side until there is clarity, otherwise like red or black. I don ...more

I'm now a non holder, look on with interest to re-buy when a few concerns are answered. Why did Bonify terminate our contract? It didn't expire till march I thought it'd be renewed. Why did all Directors resign including a replacement. Why did we sack our legal team & auditors? Heard nothing about Cannabis Biocare. Do you really expect them to buy 1,800 Orbital Gardens when ...more

Why did Bonify terminate our contract? It didn't expire till march I thought it'd be renewed.  - The objective was to get their license back, not keep runnng the company and George accomplished this. Why did all Directors resign including a replacement.  - They were all mining guys. The board gets shuffled as needed and it's definitely a transitional time for RQB. I' ...more

Welcome to stockhouse and congrats on posting your second post saying the same thing, did you sell out twice? And that's what’s makes a market, someone bought the shares you sold. I disagree the JV is critical, it's huge and can send this company to the upper echelon of Cannabis companies on a Global scale if it comes true, but not critical for the success of RQB Canada and it's ...more

it's not just about the information itself, you know. it's a test of character, ability, responsibility, accountability, integrity, and maturity as a company. it's like the van halen m&ms clause, if you've heard of that. proactively keeping investors well informed is a very important trait of successful companies, i think. very simple things like providing recordings of ...more

why would a company with little revenue, with no profits that i'm aware of, and with debentures and other debt to pay off still, be paying dividends? why even bring that up? - ashleigh
