What's the problem????

I am trying to figure out what the major issue is here. How does a LP end up trading down here. I realise there is legal action against the company and obviously there has been no controls on how money is spent. All that being said this company has a license, they have equiptment and they have the whole growing operation. So what is the problem. Why do current investors all want out? I just bought a small position here and think I should get more. If management can turn this around we all do well. At this basement price there is not a long way further to fall and even if they go up in smoke(pardon the pun) someone else will come in and salvage assets or take them over. worth the risk in my view. Maybe if this George guy is incopetant of turning things around shareholders should vote in somebody else.

Hi Oilcan, if the company goes into voluntary administration, asset are liquidated and debenture holders and contracted suppliers are paid first.  Once all liabilities on the balance sheet has been paid, preferential shareholders are next, then ordinary shareholder.   Is not the value but the order that the assets are being disbursed is important and ordinary shareholders are last in ...more
