difficult to argue with this financing. reasonable dilution and interest rate.
the debt covenents will keep management honest and producing (or lose the company)
debt finance sounds all third party so not a vehicle for management to take private.
so with $20M, no half measures, get the plant into production. generate cash flow. dewater once and for all
dust the drills off. get professional

"International Blah Blah" funds.This is unheard of not to say the name.My guess is insiders are about to eat your lunch.Call Manhattan, Nevada and ask about this scam.It's a small town. They'll say which bar Larsen spends all his time in.They'll also tell you to "run like a rabbit".
