Goldwedge

The Goldwedge Project

The Goldwedge Project has an identified gold resource of about 500,000 ounces and is scheduled to move into production in the near term. The Goldwedge is a high-grade deposit open to expansion in a historic mining district in the vicinity of world-class operating mines. In my opinion, projects such as this may be valued on an enterprise value of per

ounce based on the current metal prices and estimated costs of production. At current metal prices and assuming costs of production of $350-400 per ounce, at the current shares outstanding, the Goldwedge could be valued at $3.50 per share. Based on the assumptions used in our model and assuming a discount rate of 12% and a mine life of 10 years, we arrive at a similar per share value. This assumes additional expansion of the identified resource and profitable mine operation.

The problem they had was the mill, in moment they install a new mill, and cyanide system, they have all permits, with new financing they can produce in about 4-6 month, 70000 tons stock, 500-700 tons per day, thats about 4000 ounce a month
