They can cut some spectacular deals now as so many projects are desperate....puts SAND in the drivers seat. This will pass and pay big time dividends down the road. You can't have it both ways....if the stock was high so too would be the cost of deal making....even though this seems bad it allows them to make sweetheart deals in their favor as the developers are in no position to set terms.
