SAP exploring takeover bid on TALENDSAP the software leader, has been doing well over the last years. The company’s has grown mainly because of it’s strong interest in the Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management software markets. Having dominated the ERP software industry, SAP is now looking to the Customer Relationship Management software market. SAP plans to develop its CRM business by exploring a takeover bid on the company Talend (TLND) of 70$ per share price according to people familiar with the matter. Talend with a market cap of 1.1 billion dollars delivers a single, open platform for data integration across cloud and on premises environments.
