Chinese agreement
Chinese agreementToday's news is better than nothing but wasn't the outcome I was hoping for . Giving away all your technology and patents for 30 % profits might be OK in N.America or Europe where there is some sort of legal framework . But any company in China has so many ways of manipulating the books that 30 % of profits could be worth nothing with billions of revenue . In China they even have Apple knock off stores . So if Apple can't protect its technology , copyright and patents what chance does a tiny company like SBS have .
