cost of production

Every mine has ore but not every mine can produce bullion at a profitable cost. Has anyone seen projected costs of production on the Arizona operation. I see a mill that can process 125 MTPD but , no production cost numbers. I see indications of ore containing 84 oz. of AG per ton and 1 oz. of AU per ton. Those inpressive contents. The viability of the operation will hinge on production costs. If they can produce AG at $5.00 costs and AU at  $800, they are making money. It would be good to see the financials when they arrive and the unit costs at this stage.

You and I are thinking along the same line. The assay on the Black Diamond mine is average of 84 oz. AG and 1 oz. AU per imperial ton. Those are very respectable at time when many mines are chasing grams per ton. Other mines I have tracked claim up to 90% recovery but at 75v% this mine should have 8631 oz. AG and 102 oz. AU daily. After smeltering taking 1/3 they would have 5748 oz. AG and 68oz ...more
