Resignation of CFO

What is the scuttlebut on John MacKenzie leaving the board. I see in the Insider Report both the CEO & the CFO have dumped all shares. MacKenzie (CFO) is gone. Is the CEO on his way also. This would indicate to me that there could be an internal power struggle or financial issues not spoken of.
What are everyone's thoughts?

John Mackenzie has resigned as Chairman and CFO. I cannot see anywhere in which John Mackenzie or the CEO John Carter dumped their shares. I see the Corporate Secretary Brain Crawford has been selling shares. It is 118F in Phoenix right now. Hard to mine in the sun under those conditions. Might be disagreements on how to run the mine under those conditions (just speculation)

Insider Report shows MacKenzie with zero shares.
