Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on July 8, 2020, Strongbow Exploration Inc. has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening on Monday, July 27, 2020, the common shares of Cornish Metals Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Strongbow will be delisted. The company is classified as a junior natural resource company.

 

Capitalization:  unlimited shares with no par value of which 133,818,585 shares are issued and outstanding

 

 

Transfer agent:  Computershare Investor Services Inc.

 

 

Old symbol:  SBW

 

 

New symbol:  CUSN

Any more pictures of core or info on the status of the current drill program, particulary on the United Downs property?

At the moment they are still drilling at South Crofty and realistically they probably have another 8 - 12 weeks there after which the rig will move to United Downs (Its only about 5 miles up the road). The drilling at Crofty is complex, consisting of a large hole to a depth of approx 1250m and then several holes drilled off of it, I wouldn't expect to see much mineralisation off of the main
