WTF is Up With this guy?

WTF is Up With this guy?Why hasn't Stream Canada reached an arrangement to sell the balance of their approx. 23% to Hyperion? WTF is up with Jan?  Does he think he's going to get more money per share by holding out?  It doesn't seem Penta walked away a winner and I'm guessing they were happy to find a buyer and just walk away from this deal.  I wonder if they made any money from it.....probably not?

What happens to us shareholders?  I think Jan is the  majority shareholder in Stream Canada so he yields a big stick on what happens moving forward and of course, he's only interested in what's best for him.  In the meantime, no shares have been traded since the end of the year and I'm wondering if there's even a market for our shares?
No where to go, no news to report, and this is the end of a very long run for some shareholders. Unfortunately for most, unless they sold years ago, they probably took a blood bath on this one.

I can't believe I'm going to say this, but we were better off with Stan Lis as president.  He was the lesser of the two evils, Jan & Iwona who treated this company like it was their own private piggy bank.  The sad reality was, they couldn't see further than their own hands.  They were short term thinkers, nickel & dimers!  If they knew how to run a business, they could have made them and us more money.  In the end, they built a lousy, out of date, old cable network. I read about a year ago that in comparison to their competitors, both big and small, they had a very dated system that needed to be totally upgraded to todays standards, even in Poland! So no money was invested and which equals to the final share price received......maybe 5 or 10 cents a share.....or the way it's being handled, maybe nothing??????

It was nice chatting with some of you on & off line over the years and I only wish all Stream shareholders the best.  It's time for me to move on and say goodbye .... take care.
