It shouldn't be too hard. All they need to do is keep issuing themselves shares. That way, the more shares they hold the more dilution the rest of us take and the lower the buyout price would have to be on a per share basis. So Stan would get another million or more shares for himself, the Nobel Prize winning pr firm would get at least another three million, they would do another "private placement" at some rediculously low price to finance the thing and we all end up with another Thermo Tech in our portfolios. Look how well Stan and company have done with NSS. Then again Linus, I'm never right and you're never wrong.
