I mention this as I think that it has something to do with some down ticks in the SCP price that has been happening now.

On the other hand one has to look forward to finding out what is going to be happening with all this new money from the warrant.

Now add in this to the additional money from the news release.
"Talbot Group has agreed to purchase, an equity position of 19.9% in PBS at a price of $6.00 per share.
SRC has committed to selling up to 17,640,916 common shares of PBS."
