RE:Proposed Merger - Devil is in the DetailsAfter reading through the details there are some things that are positive. Mainly the investment by Sprott Inc, and Rule, buying shares at a premium. So liquidity should improve and NAV does increase.
Sprott Inc, is adding more skin in the game so hopefully that means going forward they do more to ensure its success.
Rick Rule has quite a following amongst resource investors so that might add new investors.
Also there probably isn't much of a choice. It looks like all of the major shareholders are voting in favour and a superior bid is unlikely given that few others players would have the knowledge of the portfolio to want to own the assets.
I will be looking in more detail again to see if there is anything else that should be noted.
