RE:conference call tomorrowWe will effectively be receiving 3 shares of ADI which trade on the venture exchange (ADI-V). They are currently at $0.18 which values SCP at 0.54. 

The 70 cent valuation that Sprott Inc is investing at is basically just a sweetener to current shareholders to make us happy.
