Then they will vacuum whatever is dumped.Or they want to do a large cross at a lower price.
Some sellers my be moving on due to the fact Crescent Point is making another deal.
Hot money may have moved in anticipating a buy out of SCS by CPG.
That is not likely to happen any time soon.
I suspect a financing.
We shall see.
Would buy more but its getting to be too large a % of my portfolio.
