Re: 8 Million x$7 per transaction.

Re: 8 Million x$7 per transaction.Hi Cleanup, This is really just a guess. It's solely based on the news release that stated that SCS has "18 consolidators online and they generate in excess of 2 million transactions a year". If 18 consolidators = ~ 2,000,000 transactions, then SCS's current 21 consolidators may = ~ 2,300,000 transactions, and Concorde's 21 consolidators may = ~ 2,300,000 transactions, and Hitchhiker's 39 consolidators may = ~ 4,000,000 transactions, This would be ~8,600,000 transactions. Another guess that I have is that the transaction fees that are generated by the Concorde-Hitchhiker-alliances will be shared with them. Can someone tell me if this is the case, or not(Jadon, kjones, Cash, Jetstream, etc.)? Also, this is only the transaction fees from the consolidators. Lets not forget the cruise lines, car rentals, etc. Regarding the 20-F, he stated that he's really hoping it will come this week. Personally, I wouldn't bet the farm on this, but you never know. My guess is that they want to avoid another Bid.com scenerio where the price of their shares ran up substantially and then went on to Nasdaq. Americans were not willing to pay for a $30 share price when Canadians payed a fraction of that price. I personally believe the company will be extremely successful, but because of their history, I wouldn't rely on the deadlines they set. Maybe someday they will find it more of a priority to meet some. In the meantime I remain LONG and very hopefull that we will all be rewarded.
