RE: SCS Updated Outstanding Shares

RE: SCS Updated Outstanding SharesTM, I was only trying to give you a little constructive criticism in the nicest way possible. I guess you have the personality that doesn’t take criticism very well. I will not offer it again regarding the way you post. Now, about management. You’ve been around here about 1/8th of the time I’ve been here and you’re making every mistake I’ve ever made regarding this company. I could name 5 examples of broken deadlines for every one example you could name for a met deadline stated from SCS management over the phone or in a NR. In fact, I don’t know if I could name one met deadline from this company in all the years I’ve been here. So it is your opinion that SCS management is telling the truth about having positive earnings in Q2, etc, etc. IMO, when it does not happen you will look back at your many posts and realize that you were as foolish as I once was to put sooooo much faith in the word of management and someday you may even feel obligated (as I do) to try to help others realize the same thing. IMO, without a major TourTek deal (which they have been stating is very close for I think over a year now) they will still be well in the red for Q2. To me things may be a little more possible for the later quarters but not Q2. Understand, that I’m not saying it won’t happen, all I’m saying is with their track record people should take whatever they say with a grain of salt. After all of my experience with this company you require allot more than the word of management to convince me, and I believe that is all any of us have at this point. The numbers (that you continue to ignore) scream it's not going to happen. That's what I'm going by and in about 9 days we'll see if I was right about year end 2001 and Q1 2002. Remember, they stated "at a minimum breakeven" in Q4 2001. We'll soon see again what their word (which some of you hold so dearly) is like. Sorry if I'm coming on too strong. I'm not sure of a better way to get my point across.
