RE: A friendly little wager for the gang.

RE: A friendly little wager for the gang.Remember this one. https://www.stockhouse.ca/bullboards/viewmessage.asp?no=4842504&tableid=1 "I only state what I believe is realistic. It just happens that what I believe is realistic regarding revenues and expenses, may happen to sound pessimistic and negative." Back in February I stated this: “For year end 2001: revenues were less than $1.5 million dollars, gross margin is less than 50%, operating expenses were higher then $3,350,000, and their debt is higher than $14,000,000” Actual numbers: Revenue = $1,326,739 (right on this one) Gross Margin = ~55% (wrong on this one by 5%) Operating expenses = Total confusion here. They tell us “ The operating expenses for the nine months ended August 31, 2001 were $2,461,950” but their "Consolidated Balance Sheet as at August 31, 2001" shows the total expenses were $2,918,625. What am I missing folks? Can anyone tell me the operating expenses for Q4 2001? Deficit = I couldn’t find it for Q4 2001 but by Q1 2002 it was up $2,082,186 from $13,779,498 (looks like I was right about this one too) Regarding Q1 2002 I stated this: “during the first quarter of 2002: revenues were less than $500,000 dollars, gross margin is less than 50%, operating expenses were higher then $450,000, and their debt is higher than $14,300,000, I stay, you go. If these numbers are considered way off by other posters, I will go.” Actual numbers for the first quarter of 2002: Revenue = $232,876 (definitely right on this one) Gross Margin = ~71% (totally wrong on this one) Operating expenses = $546,783 (right again) Deficit = $15,861,684 (guess what Travelingman, right again) Did you happen to notice the cash at year end of minus $781,458. I, and others were stating our concerns in this regard and many of you jumped all over us calling us bashers. As a shareholder, was cash at the end of Q1 2002 of $5,708 something to be a little concerned about (this was after another financing)? Was a Deficit = $15,479,866 something to be a little concerned about? Watch out for Travelingman. His motives are clear.
