Thanks very much 2000plan. Very informative post and justifies the point I've been trying to make. Extending the warrants does nothing to add to the value of this company. If you transfered the option to exercise the warrants to me, I would be very happy but I would not exercise them at this point either. As I said, these warrants will not be exercised until: - the share price and daily volumes have increased substantially or - the share price is above $.25 and the options are about to expire (even this would be questionable) Neither of these are likely to happen in the near future. If we really do require additional cash this is certainly not the answer. I'm still waiting for this key question to be answered by anyone. How did the warrant EXTENSION add value to the company?
