RE: Is this just a case of semantics?

RE: Is this just a case of semantics? Thanks for the mature reply 2000plan. Your point about: "IF the share price does rally, providing warrant holders with the opportunity to exercise ...AND IF THEY DO SO, ..the company derives immemse benefit by getting a cash infusion directly into their coffers. Come on, Van you can't say there is no value to SCS in this scenario, can you?" Honestly and respectfully, I still can't see the real value. Firstly, there sure are alot of ifs. Secondly, I'm not sure how immense the benefit of $375,000CDN will actually be by the time this ever happens. Thirdly, I'm not sure you're aware that there is actually cost to all shareholders when you increase the number of shares by 1.5 million. My point is if they really need the money right now, or in the near future, even they know this will not work. Look at all the IFs in your above statement. Even you stated you would not exercise the warrants and I don't believe you seriously think anyone else that is eligable will? Again, if they really need the money right now, my guess is we will see another PP very soon. This is a far more effective way. There will be actually be an incentive to invest, unlike exercising the warrants. I stand by what I've been saying all along. Extending the warrants will add no value to the company in the near term (or IMO in the long term). The share dillution it will cause will likely outway the benefit of the cash infusion at that point. If they need the money, mark my words, they will have to get it another way. Thanks again 2000plan. I guess we'll agree to disagree. Take care.
