PP shares below $.15 is what matters

PP shares below $.15 is what mattersYou fellas seem to always miss what truly matters. I would be more than happy if SCS diluted my shares to clean up their balance sheet provided it was at $.25 a share or more. This would be very cheap for a company that can prove they are cash flow positive now and can show the potential of exponential growth. Wouldn’t you agree? Anything less and it will be totally screwing all investors that have supported this company (again, not me) for the last five years. They would certainly find investors if they are a little patient if they can prove this. So, assuming they are not lying to us (stupid assumption IMO), and they are now cash flow positive, what do you fellas that support this move believe would be fair terms for this next PP? - how many units? - at what subscription price per unit? - how will a unit be defined for this PP?
