Second Wave is basically a dead company now. The wildcard is Brookfield as I highly doubt they will let there investment evaporate. They could probably lean on somebody and sell the company but at this price that seems stupid, they could wait for a turnaround but this company is so cash strapped and has no control over the pace of the development so that seems unwise. The best strategy would be ...more

Sorry SCS cashflow for Q3 was 5 million, not 2. My bad. So together for Q3 they would have 8 million which would allow them to drill and complete about 4 net wells. This would allow them to bring on one + net wells per month.

nlr2,   your  post   is  worth  ZERO. You  even ignore  the  BASICS. SCS  had  a  FFO   more   than   $5 M   in  Q3    although  nat  gas   was  at  $ 2,50    and  oil  was   at  $85.....  SCS  had   not   $2 M     FFO   ...more

Hey Iam, Excellent use of grammar, sentence structure and capitals. Quite an impressive response. I realized my error and changed it in my post right after the first one. So good job reading everything. Haven't seen you spamming up all the boards lately. You get enough traffic at your Seeking Alpha page yet? Able to put the kids through school? Or are you mostly using a different alias now ...more

nlr2, If you could ask the President of SCS five questions in a private room that are not about potential takeover rumors......What would you ask ??
Comment by nlr2 on Nov 29, 2012 3:04pm
1) How did you get in such a debt pickle? Was he mislead by Crescent Point or Brookfield about what would happen or did he just screw up? 2) Does he have any control over the development plans or does Crescent Point call the shots? 3) How much influence does Brookfield have day to day? 4) Did he expect declines to be so steep? And are these wells economic, or at least feasible for Second Wave? 5 ...more

If Brookfield wants out.......do you think they could get $1.50 per share ??
Comment by iaminvestor on Nov 29, 2012 4:17pm
nlr2, you  look  quite  jealous !   and  you  try  to   hide  your   AGENDA    here  in  SCS   and  your  mistake  under  a  non  sense  discussion.....   Too  blah  blah blah  ann  you  ignore  the  BASICS. Sorry  for  proving  you ...more

I  also  wonder: Why  do  you  talk  to  yourself  by  using  3  different  aliases? It   is  ONLY   YOURSELF  who  can  consider  you  a  guru....all  the  other  normal  posters   could  never  make  such  a  mistake.....but     your ...more

I don't think that Brookfield could get $1.50 as things stand right now, maybe if oil popped up or there was a change in completion technique which slowed the decline they could. I really hope they can as a shareholder, I would owe them big time. Haha.

I don't talk to myself under three aliases. I should probably start though, I would have very intense conversations that way. Haha. In my initial post I did make a mistake and I corrected it right away in the follow up post. My bad. I don't think I'm a guru and I would hope no one takes what they read on Stockhouse to seriously. I do like reading and talking about this sector and ...more

It seems U love misleading! maybe you are a  politician. if not, you should try it, I am sure you will succeed. I just can not tolerate those who claim they have profound knowledge  in something and shortly after they ignore the basics and they make blatant mistakes ! IN addition: 1) I do not pump SCS  but obviously you have not read my messages. 2)  I  also post   ...more
