New corporate presentation: HPA project is well underway

https://scandiummining.com/site/assets/files/3480/corporate_investor_presentation-_november_12_2021__final.pdf

Slide 5 clearly shows the HPA process flow.

CMR is now mainly focused on HPA. And potentially other critical metals. Scandium requires its own processing circuit (but is still a priority).

The 70M CapEx will be split: 50:50 ownership (HPA on-site, Phoenix is the operator). Development program: US 2.7M (50:50) now focused on HPA.

Economics (slide 6) do not take other recoverable metals (Cobalt, Nickel, Scandium, etc.) into consideration.

SCY needs to come up with US 1.35M + 35M (which is the 50:50 split), in total US 36.5M. Which is far less than previously estimated.

Clear path to production. Although SCY has not yet financially contributed to the project, that doesn't stop them and the people at NGM to work on the project.

Conclusion: The HPA project is well underway

I told you it was not being held up for want of a horse for GP. This should re value SCY immediately upwards. We're in Nevada too. Yes, not native issues Ontario. SCY is cheap here folks it should re value very soon if only we get some funds covering us that is. Well the path for that is now laid.

As stated by Northmark, as of Sep. 30 - $64K in cash! Even with the lower estimate of $36.5M its quite the gap! :) as it is for the $1.35M needed for the development program or the $0.25M needed for stage one... Will they sell options to fundraise the first bit? It could be a while given the daily volume and current valuation. Bottom line is they need to raise funds to even get the thing started ...more

Yep, they must be running on fumes right now. However we finally have Putnam facing a firm commitment and schedule. No more spoon feeding. We have to be hearing something soon.

By now they know it's a one man operation. Noboby will lend him money  because simply put they while it's a great story they see execution risk at this point. And why not, it's there. The question is why is he not getting help? Does he not want help or is he refused help? HAs he even asked? The largest shareholders here should be able to provide funding for a measly 1.5 million by ...more

Really makes you wonder what's going on when their partners are willing to continue on with the project without the funds from scy. What happens in the end when we don't get the financing? Do they know something we don't about the financing? Are they going to strong arm us out of the deal by putting the cash upfront?

When low grade alumina is worth $300 - $500 a tonne - assuming a tonne is 2,200 lbs., a tonne of recovered copper is $9570.00 at $4.35 a lb. All the extra acid which is expensive that is needed to clear alumina out at only $300-500 a tonne would eat up that profit or not worth taking out. What SCY brings to the table is the ability to remove the low grade alumina and boost it to HPA alumina on ...more

I realize the new narrative is about an on site facility with NGM, not an off site refinery as per the last presentation. However, the last cp was the basis used to try and raise funds which was about building an off site separate 100% owned refinery. Alex.
