RE: Nov 5th closingAfter the closing there should be no negative effects to the stock.........in fact it will often go higher because there is no worry about the exchange adjusting the terms to a higher level because of mkt pricing.

The negative effect you are probably thining of and referring to is when shares are released after the hold period. The hold period is 4 months after closing so that is a long time from now. The stock could be at $1.25 by that point and the extra shares hitting the market could push the price back down to $1.00 which means it is generally not a good idea to buy the week prior to the hold coming off.
