Astute observations, Tabbie.  I’m guessing that a significant portion of the PP is already subscribed for (there’s no mention of Finder’s Fees nor Brokers commissions in the NR) and that drilling will resume soon on the Sully plus ground work on the Iron Range.   

With all due respect, this group is above drilling or operating on the QT, IMHO
