Insider selling pinetree
The INK Research report for insiders shows holdings for both Pinetree Capital and Sheldon Inwentash in the same amounts and both are dumping. The total shown is ( 1,489,000) for each as of feb. 18. What I cant figure out is do they hold 1,489,000 or is it twice that amount? If its only 1,489,000 they shoukld be gone today.

I'm no expert but I believe they are both listed as owners for the same shares so you see the same shares listed twice.

Another 1.175 was sold from them today, by my math they are out of common shares.

With selling pressure removed we should rebound to 5 based on the pending pp.

I agree, shouldn't be much between here and 5 cents. In past 31 days 4.65 million shares have traded, or roughly 75% of the public float. I am thinking we should see some nice tracation from here.
