If it was a reverse takeover, such as KN suggested, then a private company would be trying to acquire us. But they worded that press release in a manor that leads me to believe they'll aquire similiar companys into the public company. This can be done without cash. A seasoned Equity offering, shares/warrents, board seats etc.
