Acquisitions

Acquisitions

So, QEDN found us the investors in new York that will back the purchase of 3 synergistic companies after we refiance our short term debt to long term debt.

So what I'm curious about, what will the share structure look like?

Retain the same name, or will  https://www.sofameenergy.com/ play into this?

I am excited about acquiring companys in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning areas though. That will really grow the company and take us away from relying on these huge capital projects that are hard to come by. As they claim, in excess of 50 million a year. Which should then position us for further growth.

I'm wondering about the new manger, if thats all part of the deal with the acquisition plan... Either way, lots of promise for 2013. Of which, we should see something soon, if were to reach the abitious goals.

I'll be looking to add another 150k shares the first week of May, so let them 2's stack up!
