respect-Given lightly or earned?

respect-Given lightly or earned?Just noticed the bid vs ask this morning. I am surprised to see the bid however not surprised to see the ask. A public company in todays world can be up and down like a flippin yo-yo. A simple review of the recent activity causes reflection. The shares slowly creep to $0.015 with some stability. A few orders of $0.02 slide in generally just before close. The $0.02 generally doesn't withstand a day. The massive volume that went through last week was certainly a cause for excitement. Even I thought "great!" The shareholders meeting again "Thought pattern was great!" New orders that were announced by the company..."great". $50,000,000 company..."I thought great!" $3,000,000 LOC/credit/loan...."I thought oh no!" As previously thrown out for consideration......"at what cost does the loan come with? If multiple orders are in hand and have completed a sales cycle....why the need for $3,000,000? Sooooo....I watched the final tranch that took VERY LONG to close and then watched where the money went. To pay off debt. A simple question...."what is the interest on a few hundred thousand to the full $3,000,000?" If the company wasn't supporting the previous debt, are they using credit to pay off debt? And IF the credit is being used to pay off debt....what would be used to secure the financing? I thought about this and have come to NO conclusions. Sooooo....one would certainly wonder "how much debt is there?" thought the financials were to be closed out for October 1st. Waited and pondered. Saw a potential award announcement.....wondered how many other similar companies were in the category.... I am extremely confused, and still remain "intrigued" by this Company. It appears to have potential. is there something I am missing? I took another look at their public display of who their representatives are and then attempted to find more information through the representatives websites.....perhaps I am missing something when I visit the websites but.....please help. To assist me in trying to support educated decisions as I do truly believe that the Company has a certain potential....is the CURRENT financials showing either profit or loss....not by merely quarter....but overall debt to income ratio? This information may result in a stronger share price or alternatively, may require a different focus. I am merely reaching out for information and again, would love to see this company take off for a long-term flight. Is it a case of millions of shares purchased at a higher than current bid price that some can not or prefer not to take a loss? Or is it a case of long-term investors that continue to "share the dream" (Opaque) Ice.
