RE:RE:RE:COMPLEX FINANCING
RE:RE:RE:COMPLEX FINANCINGValueplaysonly:
Lets weigh out the pro's and con's?
PRO'S?
-Mr. Gocek accumulated shares in the open market and in the PP offers
-A complete restructering of the company and the way they do business, a multi year project so far
-Finacial backing has been secured, via an intial 3 million revolving line of credit
-A stratigic acquisition plan is in place, to increase revenue anually since our sales alone won't. With our first acquisition in the closing stages as we speak.
-The Board's objective is to create a company with a minimum $50 million of revenue in fiscal year 2014. Their quote, not mine.
-Increasing sales versus declining, with renewed interest not only in Canada, but all over the world.
-Licensing agreements purposed with the Chinese
-Customers that believe so much in the product, the company and mangement, that they advance payments and fund the companys Bridge Loan and PP's! Of which still continue to do so as of our final PP.
CON'S?
-They suck at communicating to the retail investor?
You appear to be letting emotions cloud your judgement. If you get this play wrong, whats next?
What is the advantage to going private if you're still not profitable?
