Silver Fields Resources Inc. has been halted at the open on Nov. 30, 2012, having failed to maintain exchange requirements.

2) 2012-12-03 04:52 PT - Resume Trading

Silver Fields Resources Inc. will resume at the open on Dec. 3, 2012, an announcement having been made.

Case in Point : Silver Fields gets halted from trading and is now back trading !

Where's the News Release?? Why was it halted??

This is a first for me....never have I seen a Company get halted and resume trading without a News Release being issued!! I first called IIROC and the gentleman seems as surprised as me. Couldn't give me any answers but told me to call TMX. Again , the first person I spoke to thought the situation was quite odd and passed me on to someone else. This person couldn't give me anything

FYI: I've tried calling the company for an update since last Friday. Looks like nobody's taking any calls.
