10:1 consolidation. Stock moves to $0.10. England tries another financing to to pay his big salary. Within one month stock down to $0.01 again. Special meeting - another 10:1 consolidation. Within the year after several more consolidtaions float will be 1 share. Expected value $0.01.

Worth repeating: " I don't believe it will be a 10 : 1 ratio. And for that matter...it probably won't happen at all. IMHO . I hardly think that a company with only 38 million shares outstanding would warrant a share consolidation for any ratio more than 4 : 1. And that would be pushing it."
