diamond drilling onaman

diamond drilling onamanI speculate that we should hear a drilling commencement announcement on the Onaman property very soon. The holding period for the private placement closed on November 24, 2006 has expired on March 23, 2007 - just last Friday. Sage should now have this money in the bank. Keep in mind that this private placement at 15 cents has been oversubscribed. Subscribers to the pp are excited about this year's drill program. The pp funds will first be used towards the Onaman drill program, with a focus on proving up/gathering more data on a few things: 1. To test the extension of the strike to the northwest for Lynx #2. Sage mentions that the S06-13 drill hole has intersected mineralization through the entire width. S06-13 is the most northwest hole for Lynx #2, so further holes northwest along the strike from S06-13 need to be done to find out how much further (and wider) mineralization is. 2. To test the extension of the strike to the northwest for Lynx #1. 3. To test the existence of several stacked mineralized systems running parallel to strike at Lynx #1. 4. Geophysical evidence indicating that Lynx #1 and Lynx #3 are somehow connected through a north-south corridor. The iron formation to the west runs along a north-south strike. The area between Lynx #1/3 and the iron formation needs to be diamond drilled to see what exactly is going on, and to prove the theory that both Lynx #1 and Lynx #3 are connected. 5. Drilling to bring historical results to NI 43-101 compliancy.
